StoreComply ("we", "us") operates the StoreComply website and SaaS platform at storecomply.net. For privacy questions contact [email protected].

Account data: email, name, password (stored hashed), billing status, and store configuration you enter during onboarding. Usage data: pages visited, IP address, browser type, and cookies necessary to keep you signed in. Payment data: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Store visitor data: if you use our cookie banner on your store, consent choices may be logged on your behalf (aggregated counts appear in your dashboard).

We use your data to provide and improve StoreComply, generate hosted policies, send transactional email (account, billing, policy updates), respond to support requests, and send optional product tips you can unsubscribe from in Settings.

Where GDPR applies: contract performance (providing the service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), and consent where required (marketing email).

We share data with subprocessors that help us run the service: hosting (e.g. Fly.io), database (e.g. Neon), email delivery, and Stripe for payments. We do not sell personal information.

We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for legal and billing records. You may request deletion by closing your account in Settings.

Depending on your location you may access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to certain processing. Contact [email protected]. EEA/UK users may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. If you accept cookies on our banner, we use Google Analytics (GA4) and optional ad measurement — only after consent. See Google's privacy policy for how they process data. Contact [email protected] with questions.

StoreComply is not directed at children under 16. Do not register if you are under the age required in your jurisdiction.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
